Tender Description
Construction of a second taxiway and an additional apron parking bay.
The contractor will be required to:
- Carry out the majority of construction whilst the airport is operational
- Provide timely input into a Method of Working Plan to achieve the above
- Supply all pavement and surfacing materials
- Construct approximately 12,000m2 of asphalt surfaced flexible pavement (potentially with some cement modification)
- Relocate runway lighting cables and lights in the works area (no new lighting to be installed unless required to be changed to inset light)
- Relocate minor drainage structures
- Apply line marking
- Apply Fuel Resistant Surfacing
