Tender Description
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned research and development corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $15.1 billion horticulture industry.
Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and capable delivery partner for the project: International pears co-promotion - FY23 (PA22501).
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified service provider for this project. The Pears industry key objective in international markets are:
1. Forge strong alliances and build trade relationships
1a. Build & protect relationships through trade & customer support (importers & retailers)
2. Drive seasonal awareness & education
2a. In season communication campaign and trade education to drive demand
3. Build competitive value proposition for Australian Pears
3a. Build premium value proposition (USP) of Aussie Pears through product experience, quality/ value, and positioning
Co-Promotion activities are marketing programs that is a collaboration with industry stakeholders such as growers and exporters. The activities share a 50/50 share in costs and are designed to be more tailored to the brand/service provider’s needs.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
