Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the upgrade of Edmonton Wastewater Treatment Plant's Control Systems.
The project scope includes the modification and upgrade of the plant Citect SCADA System, installation and programming of the plant PLC, construction and installation of new or replacement communications networks, electrical panels, instrumentation, cables, actuators and drives. Additionally; testing and commissioning of the upgraded and modified system is also required, followed by provisions of a handover package and training.
