Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Flushing & Cleaning of Pipelines & Facilities in support of WA Oil Decommissioning Program.

The WA Oil asset includes >1500km of above ground flowlines/pipelines and associated production facilities. A brief description is below:

• Flowlines from wells to separator stations (GRE and CS, 40mm – 80mm NPS)

• Bulk lines from separator stations to central processing (GRE and CS, 50mm – 250mm NPS)

• Waterflood network lines (GRE, 40mm – 200mm NPS)

• Low Pressure Gas lines (CS, 50mm – 300mm NPS)

• High Pressure Gas lines (CS, 50mm – 150mm NPS)

• Onshore Shipping line (GRE, 200mm NPS)

• Multiple Separator Stations feeding into a Central Processing Facility (both containing degassers, tanks, pumps, piping, etc.)

• Produced Water storage tanks

• Product/Oil storage tanks

Scope of work includes (but not limited to):

• Flushing and cleaning methodology development

• Flushing and cleaning procedure development

• Flushing and cleaning execution

o Equipment spreads

o Fluid and waste management

Service Provider responses shall include:

• Company profile

• Technical expertise, capability and demonstrated track record with references for similar programs

• An overview of recent (within the past three years) flushing and cleaning scopes of work that service provider has conducted on remote sites.

Please include project overview and schedule at a minimum

• Proposed method of work for meeting the scope

• Proposed commercial models for consideration

• Copy of committed work schedule from 2025 to 2028

Notes for Service provider consideration:

• The scope of work is located on Barrow Island and is;

o subject to a Quarantine Management Plan and all materials/equipment supplied must be certified to this plan

o located in a Cyclone Region (November to April)
