Tender Description
Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Demolition services in support of WA Oil Decommissioning Program.
The main asset components are:
• Wellheads
• Flowlines/Pipelines (>1500km, GRE and CS, 40mm - 300mm NPS)
• Separator Stations (vessels, tank, piping, pumps, bunds, etc.)
• Central Processing Facility (vessels, tank, piping, pumps, bunds, etc.)
• Produced Water Storage and Disposal Facilities (piping, pumps, bunds, etc.)
• Product/Oil Storage Facility (5x 200k bbl Terminal Tanks)
• Barrow Tanker Loading Line (~10km submarine pipeline)
• Waterflood Network and Injection Facilities
• Buildings (offices, warehouses, accommodation units, etc.)
• Central Power Station
• Electrical Distribution (overhead lines, on-ground cables, etc.)
Scope of work includes (but not limited to):
• Demolition/Removal methodology development
• Demolition/Removal procedure development
• Demolition/Removal execution
o Equipment and resources
o Waste processing and management
Service Provider responses shall include:
• Company profile
• Technical expertise, capability and demonstrated track record with references for similar programs
• An overview of recent (within the past three years) flushing and cleaning scopes of work that service provider has conducted on remote sites.
Please include project overview and schedule at a minimum
• Proposed method of work for meeting the scope
• Proposed commercial models for consideration
• Copy of committed work schedule from 2025 to 2028
Notes for Service provider consideration:
• The scope of work is located on Barrow Island and is;
o subject to a Quarantine Management Plan and all materials/equipment supplied must be certified to this plan
o located in a Cyclone Region (November to April)
