Tender Description
Clarence Valley Council are seeking an Expressions of Interest from experienced and qualified aquatic construction specialists for the redevelopment of the Grafton Olympic Pool. The project includes the construction of Stage 1:
- a new 8 lane outdoor pool and grandstand
- a new 25m indoor heated pool
- a new indoor beach entry indoor leaisure and program pool
- new amenities
- shade & recreational space
The contract may also include the demolition of the existing pools/structures.
The contract may also include the design and construction of stage 2 including:
- all ability zero depth splash pad
- 2 x waterslides
- recreational dive pool
- refurbishment of the existing building/entry
