Tender Description
The Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment will be establishing a panel contract with a limited number (depending on the quality and capabilities of tenders submitted) of Recruitment providers to undertake executive search and recruitment services as and when required, for:
1. Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) Chief Executive and Senior Executive (classifications ECO3 and above) Officer roles at locations throughout the Northern Territory
2. Board members for the Government Owned Corporations (GOCs).
Providers selected for this panel contract may be required to undertake any or all (but not limited to) of the following executive search and recruitment services for the term of the contract:
- develop, coordinate, prepare and book advertising campaigns in relevant media
- comprehensive executive candidate searches within Australia, and if necessary, overseas
- in coordination with the recruitment panel, candidate shortlisting
- organising interview arrangements including candidate travel and accommodation as necessary
- Scribing services, reference and background checks
- In coordination with the recruitment panel, prepare selection reports
- quality candidate care throughout the recruitment campaign, including providing candidate feedback and notifying finalised selection outcomes to candidates.
Notes:
- Recruitment providers under the panel contract do not participate in the recruitment panel’s decision-making processes.
- Traditional labour hire recruitment services do not form part of this panel contract.
- The rates for executive and recruitment services of providers will be established through the panel contract.
