Exceptional Leasing Opportunity: Darlinghurst and Surrounds NSW
Invitation to Express Interest
Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
- Premises ranging from 550 to 650 square metres NLA of high quality, air conditioned, carpeted, customer service delivery accommodation which must be located on the ground floor.
- Site location parameters:
- must be within identified areas in Darlinghurst, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point, NSW (please see documentation on Tenderlink for map)
- within commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking;
- Lease term of either:
- seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each; or
- ten (10) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each;
- Existing and purpose built premises will be considered;
- Minimum of four (4) car parking bays including:
- two (2) secured and covered car bays are required
- two (2) customer car bays are required with two (2) of these being accessible car bays to be provided on ground in close proximity to the entrance of the premises.
Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality’ (Property Council of Australia)
Note: The area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency’s discretion.
