Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are called from suitably experienced builders wishing to be included on the tender panel for the above project which is anticipated to go to tender in December 2022 - January 2023.
Total project consists of:
•Converting / upgrading existing first floor internal spaces to form a Science Lab, Food Technology Area, 2 No GPLA’s and Staff Amenities and Kitchenette (approx. area 360 m2)
•Construction of new 2 Storey lift to at the end existing building.
