Tender Description
Tocal accommodates over 120 students, plus days students, trainees, short courses and field days activity. Currently the buildings experience ongoing repairs to tile/roof due to its age. The upgrade will benefit DPI with an anticipate a reduction in energy requirements, decreasing our carbon footprint by improving the 40 year old roofing with newer tile configuration which seals better to the weather, plus improved sarking insulation improves heat / cooling retention and meeting or exceeding Building Code of Australia Housing Provisions (BCA) AS/NZS 4859.1 – Materials for the thermal insulation of buildings. Also New tiles, insulation and fitment to the TOCAL student, administration and dining hall buildings. Including facia, barges and eave linings
