FY22/23 SPS BoD Consultancy Package 3

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified respondents for the Options Assessments, Basis of Design (BoD) and provision of documentation to issue subsequent Design & Construct tenders for the delivery of works across nine sewage pumping stations in various locations in the Cairns Region. These sites mostly have capacity shortfalls or other complicating factors which require survey, hydraulic modelling, and an Options Assessments to determine the preferred solution.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Friday 16 December 2022. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. 

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
