Waverley Council is requesting proposals via this Expression of Interest (EOI) process from suitably qualified and experienced contractor team to undertake the works in the refurbishment of the existing Council Chambers building, including associated landscaping works as identified in detail in scope of works.

ENQUIRIES: EOI enquiries should be directed to the Contact Officer via the online forum.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: EOI's close at 2.00PM AEST on Monday 12 December 2022 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced EOI or all or any part of an EOI and reserves the right to conduct the Request for EOI process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
