Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government through the Residential Tenancies Authority is seeking Proposals for Digital Records Management. It includes Sharepoint Online / OneDrive and digital records management tools and services.

Although the RTA has a current instance of SharePoint Online, it has not been appropriately deployed and configured and is not widely used across the RTA. Due to the lack of controls and configuration of SharePoint Online, the current instance continues to grow without a clear architecture or governance model, and data is largely unmanaged and unstructured. SharePoint Online has strong permission controls, capacity for custom metadata/content types and has retention controls available through Microsoft Compliance Centre. However, these features are not currently configured and practices across the different business units need to be made consistent.

It does not include an electronic records management solution (eDRMS).
