Tender Description
Following feedback from local residents, stakeholders and Council the City of Armadale is repurposing the area in which Barossa Skate Park currently resides, on Barossa Loop, Harrisdale. An independent assessment of the noise attributed to the current facility showed noise levels higher than permitted in a residential area. The skate park will be replaced with passive landscaping, providing the community with a quiet, natural environment to enjoy.
Therefore City of Armadale (Principal) requires an experienced contractor to undertake the removal of the Barossa Skate Park Facility and replace it with quality parkland landscaping.
