Tender Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Wynnum State High School, located at 25 Peel Street, Manly Qd 4179

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

To be eligible, Contractors must hold:

  • Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1m
