Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ The Australian Government has provided funding to Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) who is seeking grant applications from Gold Coast Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) who are interested in enhancing their telehealth equipment and capabilities, to enable greater access to primary health care for RACF residents.

Who will this initiative support?

This initiative will support RACFs to have access to adequate telehealth to support access to virtual consultations with GPs and other health professionals. This will also support people who are residents in RACFs to have improved access to telehealth consultations as appropriate to their needs.

This initiative will:

Assist participating RACFs to have appropriate telehealth facilities and equipment to enable their residents to virtually consult when needed with their primary health care professionals, specialists and other clinicians.
Provide training to participating RACF staff to support them to have the capabilities to assist their residents accessing virtual consultation services.
