Housing Innovation - early notice for Construction tender

⁠⁠⁠Invercargill City Council (ICC) are in the planning phase of our first Housing Innovation development at the existing 54-60 Stirrat St location. We are seeking a building partner to be part of the exciting Housing Innovation project for our community. The proposed development will encompass the construction of four (4) units and the redevelopment of the existing parking area.

Key dates for our project are as follows:
• Design complete – Late December 2022
• Building consent lodgement – Late December 2022
• Construction starts – February 2023
• Completion (opening) – Late December 2023
