Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Work:

Demolition of existing concrete walkways and paths.
Installation of 22 modular buildings (supplied by others to laydown area at site) including:

20 x three-bedroom modular buildings
1 x two-bedroom modular building
1 x laundry modular building

Develop lift plans for installation of all buildings; lift plans to take into consideration all existing services and allow for load distribution accordingly.
Connection of power, communications, water and sewer services to all modular buildings.
Build new footpaths to service new modular buildings and interconnect with existing paths.
Testing and commissioning of all modular buildings and services.
