Tender Description
Area 1: Kings Avenue Bridge pedestrian stair and ramp. This will involve the design and documentation of a stair and accessible ramp which connect the Kings Avenue level path with the path network and RG Menzies Walk at Lake level.
Area 2: Separation of pedestrian and cycle routes in the southern tip of Kings Park, including successful resolution of friction points and integration with the surrounding existing network. This design work will require working through the circulatory issues for both user groups and determination of safe crossing points, as well as integrated landscaping.
Area 3: A new car park to the south of the existing Boundless Car Park off Wendouree Drive. This portion could include additional car parking spaces and/or a bus and coach parking area.
Area 4: New loop-back road arrangement for Wendouree Drive. Part of these works is likely to include car parking and lay by area for cars as well as landscaping elements.
