Tender Description
The Peak Services Group is a wholly owned subsidiaries of the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ), who are the peak body for local government in Queensland. The LGAQ is a not-for-profit association setup solely to serve the state's 77 councils and their individual needs.
Peak are seeking the services of an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP) that has proven capability to partner with organisations to deliver not only on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) service continuity, but also to foster a positive relationship that will assist with guiding Peak along a continued path toward greater digital maturity.
The preferred supplier will have a strong focus on ICT support with active account management. They will reserve the necessary technical, strategic and project delivery expertise, allowing them to support a wide spectrum of improvements across networks and firewalls to SharePoint.
