Tender Description
Leeton Shire Council are seeking quotations from qualified builders to design and construct an animal shelter. The site is located at the current Leeton Shire Council Depot, Massey Avenue. The facility will be used to provide temporary shelter for dogs and cats as well as providing a dedicated administrative workspace for Council staff and public attendees.
The facility must comply with accessible use requirements as it will be a public building. The facility has access to the sewer network and power supply; however, connection points will need to be determined upon design.
