Tender Description
In April of 2021 Peak Consulting were engaged to carry out a dilapidation report with the purpose of getting an accurate understanding of the condition and materials of Memorial Hall and priorities repair work.
As identified in the Peak Consulting report, the roof, flashing, box gutters and parapets are priority number 1.
Peak Consulting Report notes that the following roof areas indicated as 1, 2,3,5,6,7,9 and 11 will require an approved engineering design of for roof slope to allow space for larger box gutters to disperse water efficiently.
The roof & guttering redesign will form part of the price tendered.
Any Development Application for change of roofing design will be the responsibility of the Asset Owner (Council) and if required will be lodged in consultation.
All work to be carried out in agreement with Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program - Phase 3.
