Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the Basis of Design (BoD) and provision of documentation to issue subsequent Design & Construct tenders for the delivery of works at the following six sewage pumping stations:
PCS23415 - Sewage Pumping Station TB2 electrical mechanical asset renewal
PCS23422 - Sewage Pumping Station A41 renewal
PCS23424 - Sewage Pumping Station F1 renewal
PCS23425 - Sewage Pumping Station L2 renewal
PCS23427 - Sewage Pumping Station HB4 electrical mechanical asset renewal
PCS23401 - Sewage Pumping Station ED7 asset renewal of electrical and mechanical assets
Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.
Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
