Tender Description
West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is seeking proposals for WMHHS115870 Non-Urgent Non-Ambulatory Transport Services.
The Service Provider is required to provide Non-Urgent Non-Ambulatory Patient Transport Services to a range of patients with various types and levels of illness and/or disability. This can also include Covid positive patients. All patients to be transported have been assessed as not requiring clinical intervention (emergency/ambulance transport) by West Moreton Health staff.
Transport will be broken down into two services categories.
- Ad hoc Service - 24hr/7day a week
- Pre-Scheduled – During Business Hours and outside Business Hours
Service providers can submit proposals for one or both service categories. Additionally, Service Providers can submit proposals for Pre-Scheduled Bookings during business hours and/or outside business hours separately
Patient requirements can include:
- Passenger seated
- Wheelchair accessible
- Stretcher transportation
The West Moreton Health territory includes Toogoolawah in the North, Gatton and Laidley in the West, Boonah in the south and Gailes/Springfield in the East, however, patient transport may be required from any of the locations in the West Moreton Health Territory to facilities within the district or transport to a nominated tertiary hospital within the South-East Queensland and Darling Downs Regions.
This invitation will close on Friday, 02 December 2022 at 2:00pm. Submissions must be received BEFORE this closing time, electronically through the QTenders system. .
