Tender Description
Bathurst Regional Council invites interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the lease or part thereof of the community facility in the Kelso precinct – Kelso Community Hub.
This document outlines the Council’s requirements for potential tenants of Kelso Community Hub.
The purpose of the EOI process is to identify suitable organisations for tenancy at the facility.
The initial phase of the process does not seek to establish any binding commercial or legal terms and conditions between Council and any party and is interested to provide a public process to identify the interests of various parties.
Expression of Interest opens on Friday 4 November 2022 must be lodged by 4 pm on 16 December 2022.
