Tender Description
Please provide a quote on the the following:
Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, tuning and training of a new full PA System for the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre, Bundaberg QLD.
The PA system will include but not limited to Left and Right line arrays, subs, front fill, wedges, amps and control systems as required, all rigging and cabling for full system. Extra side fill speakers may be required if budget allows.
The PA will supply a clear, undistorted coverage of the 797 seat auditorium with a minimum SPL of every seat of 95db RMS and 105db peak. The PA must be clear of buzz or noise.
The venue is made up of a proscenium arch with the left & right line array hanging on chain motors. Max weight of each side is 475kg including cables and rigging. The auditorium is a single raked floor with no balcony and a roof running horizontal but not parallel to the floor. The auditorium is also treated for acoustic enhancement for live amplified and acoustic events and cinema.
There is no position or request for a centre cluster/speaker arrangement.
The Moncrieff is used for a wide range of events from local community events to touring rock/pop shows and theatrical productions.
The Moncrieff system does not require different modes such as flat floor or cabaret, but may require the separation between the front and rear of the auditorium.
Current DWG files of venue are available on request.
Successful tenderer is to supply after completion, as built/installed plans, diagrams, and specs of full system and all of its parts.
Quotation will include Loudspeaker coverage drawings/diagrams for quoted system in venue.
