Request For Expressions of Interest Pam Buchanan Centre – Playgroup Module

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking expressions of interest from suitable tenants for the Playgroup Module, situated at the Pam Buchanan Centre, 51 Gardugarli Drive, Baynton West (Lot 402).

The commercial market rental value of the disposition was assessed at $300 ex. GST for the 253.03m2 indoor space and $100 ex GST for the 337.7m2 outdoor space 14 September 2022.

Whilst the commercial value is acknowledged, the City will consider alternate lease fees arrangements that align with the Councils Community Leasing of Land Policy – CS25. Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the Expression of Interest document.
