Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland seeks a suitably qualified and resourced contractor for supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance for commercial quality fitness and exercise equipment for its Wanangkura Stadium Health Club.
The 24-hour Wanangkura Stadium gym has been in operation since 2012 with significant increases in utilisation and patronage in that time. More recently the Wanangkura Stadium has seen a substantial increase in total members following the transition from external management to in-house management by the Town of Port Hedland.
The Town seeks the supply, transport, and installation of a suite of modern commercial cardio fitness equipment suitable and resistance gym equipment suitable, amongst other equipment. Kindly refer to the attached RFT for complete requirements and specifications.
As part of the installation, the preferred contractor will be required to remove, dispose, or repurpose existing equipment. If possible, tenderers should advise what credit can be provided against the cost of new equipment for the acquisition of the old equipment.
