Tender Description
Heritage Now, on behalf of a Proponent (name provided on registration), is requesting the names of Aboriginal people who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal cultural heritage within the Project Area in Dungog. The Project Area is 2 kilometres west of the Dungog CBD and is approximately 650 acres in size, where improving of site amenities is proposed (further project details provided on registration). The purpose of community consultation with Aboriginal people is to assist the proposed applicant in the preparation of an application for an AHIP (if required) and to assist the Department of Premier and Cabinet Secretary (or a delegate under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974) in his or her consideration and determination of the application.

Please be advised that your details will be forwarded to Heritage NSW and the Local Aboriginal Land Council, unless you inform us that you do not want your details released.
