Ticketing Services

⁠⁠⁠PNCC requires a computerised ticketing system provider to service the needs of event organisers/ promoters for its Palmy Venues division which manages the Central Energy Trust Arena and Palmy Conference + Function Centre locations. The ability to service other Council owned or related venues in the future should also be considered for possible expansion. The system needs to be fully accessible by the customer for purchases from any location on a wide variety of devices for ease of transaction and have security of customer information.
