Tender Description

Bravus Mining and Resources is opening expressions of interest for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete the design, install, commission, hire and maintenance of temporary accommodation facilities for its Carmichael Coal Mine in the Galilee Basin, Isaac Region.

 
Vendors expressing interest should have experienced in, and capacity to deliver all elements of works including:
 
• Design, engineering, LGA approval submission, building certification.
 
• Civil works including pad preparation earthworks, access roads, carparks and storm water controls.
 
• Hire of modular accommodation and central facilities buildings
 
• Installation and complexing of hired facilities, covered pathways and walkways.
 
• Installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, data and hydraulic installations for provision of power, water, sewer
 
and communications infrastructure.
 
• Supply and hire of power generation & fuel holding
 
• Supply and hire of potable water treatment plant & holding tanks
 
• Supply and hire of sewage treatment plant & holding tanks
 
• Operation and maintenance of facilities maintenance and utilities.
 
Works will be undertaken on and off a coal mining lease and will require compliance to the Companies onsite systems under the QLD Coal Mining Safety and Health Regulations and under the Contractors systems as a Principal Contractor under the QLD Workplace Health and Safety act and regulations when off the mining lease.
