This Request for 64609-RFT-002 includes confidential information, Suppliers are advised there will be two tender boxes as follows:64609-DOC-002 (DOC) and 64609-RFT-002. 

 

Tenderers must complete the Deed of Confidentiality found in  64609-DOC-002 and submit electronically through the Tenders ACT system to gain access to the confidential documents contained in tender box  64609-RFT-002. 

 

Important note to Tenderer - Due to the AMC being a Correctional facility and elements of the works are sensitive in nature, the client has requested that a Deed of Confidentiality be read, completed, signed, and returned to the Tenders ACT through the Web Portal. Upon confirming that the Deed has been completed correctly, Tenders ACT will send a link to allow access to all documentation, release the Tender Documents and the Contractor will be able to commence pricing. The signing and return of the Deed will be completed within the Tender Period with a maximum of 5 days being allowed for return of a signed Deed. Extensions of Time for Tender submission will not be considered if the Tenderer exceeds the 7-day duration to complete and return the Deed.
