Tender Description

Project Urban Project Management are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of a 24 x unit social housing project spread across 3 levels and 4 buildings, located at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.

To be considered for this EOI you must have:

1. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects preferably over $5m

2. Minimum QBCC Financial Category 4

3. Availability to tender the project commencing early February 2023

4. 3rd Party Safety, Environmental & Quality accreditation (preferred all 3)

5. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably on the Sunshine Coast
