Insurance Brokerage Services

⁠⁠⁠Hobart City Council (Council) requires an insurance brokerage to manage its insurance requirements as specified below. Council has current insurance placement for its insurance requirements for the period from 4.00pm local time (AEST) on 30 June 2022 to 4.00pm local time (AEST) on 30 June 2023.

Council requires competitive insurance renewal quotes and options for each subsequent 12 month period during the Term and any Further Term (if applicable) of the Contract. Council may also consider any other insurance policies that the Service Provider may recommend from time to time or as required by Council. For the avoidance of doubt, the categories of insurance required by Council may be supplied by one or more insurance brokers (to be determined by Council in its discretion based on its evaluation of conforming quotations and 'best value for money' for Council).
