Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites tenders for appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Masterplan Plan for the North Homebush area within the Strathfield LGA. More specifically the area is defined as the Homebush Precinct, within the Parramatta Road Corridor Urban Transformation Strategy (PRCUTS), including the Homebush Frame Area and is expanded to include the residential precinct west of Sydney Markets.
