Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the Provision of professional services for payroll services system and process improvement.
The QBCC is looking to engage a partner (or partners) with appropriate subject matter expertise in Queensland Government , Aurion or similar system, and Australian Taxation Office Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements, across the broad spectrum of payroll related capabilities, including but not limited to:
- payroll system including system configuration;
- payroll processes and desired control environment including maintenance of segregation of duties within a small team;
- optimal payroll related data management and reporting capability
- strong understanding and experience in payroll system compliance to STP requirements and particularly the new requirements to ensure STP2 is achieved; and
- project management capability to oversee multiple system version upgrades cumulating in STP2 compliance.
Particular requirements for this tender are to include two phases:
- Phase 1 - Review and determine plan for achieving STP compliance and updated payroll processes
- Phase 2 – Work collaboratively with QBCC HR Division to fast track implementation of Payroll processes, existing system assessment and support for BAU
