Tender Description
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- For Term 1 2023, prepare canteen orders offsite and deliver to the school site as the canteen has not been completed
- From Term 2 - provide full canteen service from the school canteen facility
- An opportunity for the Suplier to use the school's canteen facility supply catering for the Supplier's external clients
Please note, the Supplier must use the Part C - ITO Response Schedules to respond. Other formats will not be accepted.
All communication must be in writing.
- Part A - Invitation to Offer (ITO) SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN - provides information about the ITO, the evaluation criteria and ITO conditions;
- Part B - Contract Details SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN - provides details of the intended Contract (in draft). A final Details document will be agreed and signed by the successful Supplier/s for execution by all parties.
- Part C - ITO Response Schedules SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND RETURN – details the information required, for completion by the Supplier, to submit an offer and includes the Supplier’s acknowledgements and certifications.
