Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Target 120 aims to address underlying issues that lead to offending, such as substance abuse, lack of housing, domestic violence, and poor mental health. This is achieved through coordinated case management of services, including services delivered across the government and the non-government sector.

Target 120 is a whole of government commitment and response and is currently delivered across 12 sites in metropolitan and regional Western Australia (WA) including Armadale, Bunbury, Mirrabooka, Broome, Kununurra, Midland, Kalgoorlie, Rockingham, Port Hedland, Albany, Geraldton, and Northam.

Additional funds have been allocated to expand the program and the Department of Communities is seeking responses from suitable Respondents to provide Target 120 in Carnarvon via a Grant Agreement with the Department of Communities..

Consistent with the Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy (2018) Communities intends to engage with the community services sector and the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation sector for the provision of these services.

 

To be eligible for a grant through the Grants Program, applicants must:

  • be a not-for-profit or charitable organisation, operating fully within Carnarvon; and
  • meet one of the following criteria:

have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or
be a legal entity.
OR:

  • work in partnership with an Aboriginal not-for-profit or charitable organisation, operating within Carnarvon which meets the above criteria.
