Tender Description
The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet is seeking a quality training provider for the development and delivery of a suite of Customer Experience (CX) and Human Centred Design (HCD) training courses, to build the capability of the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) middle Managers and Executive Leaders.
The training is to provide:
NTPS employees with a shared understanding of:
- why Customer Experience is important in the Public Sector
- CX and HCD and its language
- the impact CX and HCD can have
- practical application of CX and HCD and tools.
Executive Leaders with the knowledge to set a clear, inspiring vision for the ideal customer experience, and the confidence to permit agencies to apply CX and HCD principles and processes and collaborate with other agencies.
