Tender Description
The Commonwealth required all PHNs, including Adelaide PHN, to implement their own Assessment and Referral Phone Service that was responsive to local needs by 1 July 2022 (DOH 2021).
Adelaide PHN implemented an inhouse interim Head to Health assessment and referral phone service to provide an accessible central point for callers in the Adelaide PHN region to access mental health services between and across all steps (levels) of care, and drug and alcohol (AOD) services. The inhouse solution will now be transitioned to a new provider by 1 July 2023
