Tender Description

The City of Kalamunda (the Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified, experienced Contractor to undertake the fitout of the new Forrestfield Library as a tenancy within Forrestfield Shopping Centre.

 
The Principal has entered into a lease with Hawaiian as the Landlord to have a library and customer services centre commence operations. In as much that the built form outcome has been driven by the Principal and its design team, there is a significant process element where the Fitout Contractor will have to successfully engage with Hawaiian for necessary approvals and works processes.
 
The broad scope of works included in this contract include:
 
* Wall, floor and ceiling finishes
* New internal portioning
* Power, lighting and data infrastructure
* Mechanical Services (Air conditioning) services
* Fire Protection Service
* Minor Hydraulic Services
* Joinery
* Coordination and installation of Principal supplied loose furniture
* Coordination for installation by others of IT equipment
