The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), is to invite suppliers to provide information about their experience and ability to meet the requirements of providing herbarium storage equipment, including provide indicative pricing for the design, manufacture and installation of Herbarium Cabinets.

These cabinets must be fit for purpose to shield the Herbarium collection from light, dust, moisture and infestation.

The RFI is a tool to support the development of a business case to deliver the upgrade of the Herbarium storage facility at Scion Campus in Rotorua, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
