Tender Description
This Expression of Interest (EOI) relates to ARTC's responsibility for implementing the Inland Rail Program (Program). The Program is a once-in-a-generation program of infrastructure works that will transform the way freight is transported around Australia. When completed, it will complete the 'spine' of the national freight network with a new 1,710 km freight line linking Melbourne and Brisbane via regional Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
The Beveridge to Albury (B2A) project is the Victorian portion of the Program undertaken along approximately 305 kilometres of the existing northeast rail corridor between Beveridge and Albury. This EOI relates to Tranche 2 of the B2A Project.
Proponents are to note that in order to receive a copy of EOI Document Section C and ensure that the EOI Submission can be considered, a duly executed copy of the Confidentiality Deed Poll as attached to the Invitation to EOI document must be completed and returned to the EOI Administrator by no later than 27 October 2022.
