Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking a Contractor to perform all works as part of the Nicolle Road Clarendon Carpark Reconstruction / Upgrades projects, drawing 2021-185.

Work comprises work at 3 x carparks at the Clarendon Recreation Ground and includes lighting, irrigation, landscaping and linemarking. The successful contractor is to undertake all works as per drawing 2021-185, arrange all electrical connections and activation, coordinating statutory bodies as required, and provide certificates of compliance.

The lighting component comprises connection to the existing switchboard and 3 x lights associated with the carpark. Lighting associated with the tennis court is not part of this project.

Work is to be completed in the dry period 2022-2023, with earliest completion preferred.

Rock is expected to be encountered and tenderers are to price accordingly taking rock into consideration. Tenderers are to refer to the PAS Pavement Report provided as a guide.

Tenderers are also requested to quote separately for the Nicolle Road Drainage Works Project (Drawing 2021-021) which would be delivered in conjunction with the Carparks Project. The drainage works would be issued as a separate Purchase Order.
