Tender Description
The City is seeking to engage an experienced Contractor to complete the supply, installation and maintenance of the Landscape Works as specified by the Design Drawings (Appendix C) and Specifications (Appendix D), as part of the Hay Park Pavilion Project.
The key works will include, but are not limited to:
a) Site preparation and installation of new garden beds (planting type A);
b) Soil improvement to existing and new garden beds (planting type A, B and C);
c) Supply and install of Boulders to areas specified on plans;
d) Installation of mowing curbs;
e) Installation of a new footpath;
f) Supply and install of mulch;
g) Line marking – oval realignment;
h) Uplift of existing football posts to the North side of the park;
i) Reinstallation of football posts in new position (including installation of footings);
j) Project Management;
k) Site clean up;
l) Plant establishment period; and
m) Maintenance period.
