Tender Description
From suitably qualified and experienced contractors for proposed construction works at Ohana College, Griffith University Logan Campus, 68 University Drive, Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131.
The proposed works are for a Stage 2 extension to the existing Stage 1 building. These include:
Stage 2A: Construction of a Multi-purpose Room, Dining Room with external Covered Lunch Area, fit out of a commercial kitchen, awnings for a covered walkway and Covered Staff Area and 2no. Covered Outdoor Learning Areas to be installed onto existing General Learning Areas.
Stage 2B: Construction of an undercroft area with 4no. General Learning Areas and associated Withdrawal, Cave and Wet Area spaces, 1no. Covered Outdoor Learning Area, a 2-storey circulation space, a Sensory Room and 4no. Welfare Rooms.
Stage 2C: An external covered sports court.
Works to be constructed under a single contract as separable portions.
Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale in the last 5 years and their ability to service this project.
Tenderers will be invited during October – November 2022 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in January – February 2023 and completion by October 2023.
