Tender Description
CDU issues this Request for Proposal to lease and operate one or more of the food & beverage outlets at its Casuarina Campus. CDU seeks suitably experienced operators to create welcoming and engaging spaces for CDU staff, students, collaborators and visitors to support and enhance campus life.
CDU seeks to create a unique identity for each of the three food & beverage outlets to give campus users variety. Additional opportunities may arise for operators to provide event catering, including on-campus or using certain campus premises as a base for outside catering.
