Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a road safety audit of pedestrian infrastructure around schools in the Tamworth region.
The successful road safety audit team needs to include a lead auditor with level 3 certification and be listed on the NSW Centre for Road Safety's Register of Road Safety Auditors at the time the audit is conducted.
Council is delivering infrastructure improvements to improve pedestrian safety around schools in the Tamworth region, under funding provided by Transport for NSW. Approximately half of of the civil designs are currently available, with the remaining anticipated to be available early 2023. We are seeking the audit to be undertaken in two stages - an initial review of the design documentation, and a final audit on completion of the works. Construction and auditing of the works are to be completed before June 2023.
