Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is currently inviting Tenders for a land tenure agreement for part of the land at Lot 6 Up River Road, Foxdale to provide to the community through public tender, a lease over part of the land for the purposes of cultivation and agriculture of rural produce (farming) or agistment of livestock only.
The land also holds vital Council infrastructure, a Water Treatment Plant which must not be disrupted by the operations of the lessee in course of utilising their leased area.
