The City of Sydney ("the City") invites Requests for Tender for the carrying out of design, supply and installation of mechanical services for the UV and Fine Filter System - Town Hall House in accordance with this request.

The project includes within the scope the following equipment and assets:
a. New UV-C filtration systems within the existing AHU
b. New variable speed drives (VSD's) to existing AHU with energy reporting capability to existing
Carrier BMCS
c. New high efficiency F9 filters to existing AHU where feasible. Contractor to check available static
of AHU fans once baffles have been removed.
d. Enabling economy cycle operation on existing AHU's
e. Enabling night mode operation on existing AHU's
f. Modification of Carrier BMCS to monitor and control new equipment and existing
g. AHU's economy cycle operation and night mode operation
h. Final coordination of mechanical services with other building services and other elements of the
upgrade.
